A couple of months ago, my family and i had been packing up our stuff and getting ready to move. But as soon as we put our house up for sale, wierd things started happening: brand new pipes broke seemingly on their own accord, footsteps could be heard in the halls at night. These were experiences me and my family shared. One day, when I came home from school, I went upstairs to play the piano. Suddenly, I heard the attic door open, and then slam shut. At first, I thought it could be my dad, but then i realized he was outside with the dog, and my mom was at work. I walked down the hall to the attic door. The door was locked, the key hadn't been moved. Then, when I grabbed the door knob, it was ice cold, which is weird for the summer. I walked upstairs but nobody was there. Our house was very old, around the 18 or 1900s when our town was first founded. I suppose any rational person would say that the door got caught by the wind, but we always ALWAYS keep the door shut and LOCKED ( it used to screw up the ventalation in the house).

I may be mistaking but is it true that you renovated the house before putting it to sale? Because that could start the activities...

No. However, we did pull up the carpet in the dinning room a few years ago. It's almost like this thing, whatever it was, didn't want us to leave. Weird as that seems, i know it's gotta be true.

I understand how you feel restless, my group was looking into a haunted house where the lady ended up deciding to move. When she was packing up her belongings things kept dissapearing for her. Things were moved out of the box, the tape she used kept dissapearing, The ghosts seem to have liked her and did everything they could to keep her there.
