what about 1408 (this was a good movie) amittyville (new and old) the messengers mirrors the ring poltergeist (1st) Halloween (classic) Friday the 13th darkness the grudge i know i have more but cant think if i come up with more ill post. Sadly, The Messengers disappointed me... It seems to me that they tried to follow or make a storyline sort of like Amityville

I love Stephen King movies. Still when I watched "Pet Semetary" a few nights ago, I then realized that sure... we were at a funeral wake that same night, but the next day this dear friend would be buried, 6 feet under.
For the first time in ages, I walked away from the room that the movie was playing in, and went to bed.
"The Shining" is one I could watch over and over, too... and "Children of the Corn" is such a classic... we sit there and laugh!

Thanks, darkone! *laughs*
The more that the "Children of the Corn" series went on, the harder I laughed... they got so pathetic!

Check out the 2009 movie called "Laid to Rest." There's another from the 1990s I believe with Chris Sarandon called "The Resurrected" or "The Resurrection." Then one from 2008 horrorfest titled "Borderland." Go to www.movies.com to possible see trailers of these. Creepy movies. I've seen the "Exorcist" way over 50 times, and it's one of the creepiest movies ever made, even after the special affects were revealed. Carol

i totally do not recommend the movie knock knock! seriously.its really stupid! i had a party with a couple of my friends and we decided to watch it....it was really weird! in one part i thought it was a porno! cause this blond chick got all naked and in the shower.(not fun if its just left with you and 3 of your guy friends!) but she ended up dieing naked. she was butchered. but ya i would definitely do not recommend that movie.

I recently rented "The Girl Next Door" (not the one with Elisha Cuthbert) which is based on actual events. It was more disturbing than scary, but definitely unforgettable.....
