When I was a kid we used to run through the cemetery on Halloween night. But that was a long time ago. Actually the weirdest thing happened during the daylight. It was a very warm summer day. My friend and I road our bikes to the local cemetery. We parked them and started searching for a gravestone. Right in the middle of the road we hit a cold spot. I mean it was suddenly just cold. Because we were kids we didn't know what it was. But it scared both of us. Then we heard both of our bikes fall over. Weird. It wasn't until years later that I realized what a cold spot actually was.

I have always wanted to travel to Glenbulah. Is this place accessable at night? Is it as active as it sounds? I agree, I want to respect the graveyard and the rules (and the residents). We will only go in if there are no signs stating hours. So far we haven't had any problems and hopefully it will stay that way. It's a shame that vandals have to cause the havoc and ruin it for others. With that said, I would love to hit the Grove as well on a night session. We definately didn't spend enough time when we went (note to self, leave the wife in Chicago to shop next visit .
