We did an investigation there in 2005, when there was a different owner. You can read the full report on our website here: www.midwestpreternaturalresearch.com/prep.html
Basically we thought there was *something* going on, but the site is also surrounded in urban legend and we were able to debunk 90% of the stories that are on the internet. There's nothing bad or evil there. I've since been emailed by several former students who used to go to school there, including the roommate of the girl who hung herself back in the 70s. A friend of her's also emailed me. I have the girl's name, why she did it, a little bit about her, and even her suicide note (copied into email). And, no, it had nothing to do with a nun or being molested or beaten. That was again just an urban legend.
These are some audio clips we recorded that I found interesting. There are more on our website, but these were the ones I thought were most interesting. The first one was recorded when a group of us were doing an EVP circle when the owner came to check on us. We asked if the owner wanted to try asking a question and he asked "what should I do with this place?" We repeated the question, and then the sound that follows nobody remembered hearing at the time:

This next one was recorded a few months later, when one of the investigators was there by himself just helping the owner sweep. You can hear the broom. It was only him and the owner on the grounds at the time. The owner was outside. Here a female voice comes through and says the investigator's name (Kurt):

And lastly this was recorded on our followup investigation in October. As an experiment, a group of us tried singing church hymns in the church to see if that would get a response. When they ran out of memorized hymns to sing they tried some Christmas carols, though this was early October. An hour later, another group of us was sitting in a hallway that connects to the church. They had no knowledge that others were singing Christmas songs in the church an hour prior. They were just sitting in the hallway doing EVP recordings when one of their cell phones began playing We Wish You A Merry Christmas:
