Over the weekend a team of us were on a ghost hunting expedition in southwestern Wisconsin when the message board was hit by a troll. His offending messages have been deleted, and his membership has been revoked. Thank you for ignoring the troll and not giving him the attention he was looking for.
All of you have been respectful, courteous, and mature, and we appreciate that. We also know that should you visit any other message boards, you would continue that high standard of behavior.
You've all been great, and we appreciate your posts!

Maybe he wasnt looking for attention, just wanted someone to take the time and listen to what he had to say.

What had happened was that a member of our message board, without our knowledge or consent, was spamming another message board, telling the members to come to our forum. They were also posting hateful and obscene messages. That angered one of the members there, and they retaliated by spamming our board with pornographic photos and profanity.
Both offenders have been banned from our board.

I would like to respond by saying thanks....You have a great message board and everyone has really cool stories here and I like reading all of them .....You where right, I would not want this other stuff invading my message board...This board is meant to help people and learn about interesting things happening in our state, I like to read good news, but not that way. Say that skunk ape story is strange.... I wonder if it could be a type of Yet-y monster?
