My wife, Judy, is very enthusiastic about the paranormal. Every time she looks at pictures, she pulls out the ones with white spots or what she thinks are orbs and speculates excitedly. I just generally roll my eyes.
Well, last year on our son's 13th birthday, while I was taking pictures, she told Aaron to call in all his angels and spirit guides. He is very spiritual, and a paranormal investigator along with his mom, so he beamed, and I clicked.
Well, a week or two later, when we got the film developed, we sat down to look through the pictures. Not much out of the ordinary -- a thumb here, some glare there to picque Judy's interest.
Then it happened. I flipped to the next photo -- the one where Aaron had "called in" his spirit guides, and the photo was all cloudy, with dozens of what appeared to be white and transluscent orbs. I tried to explain it away as smoke from the candles or dust from the ceiling fan -- but the picture I had taken just before that didn't have this.
I know Chad would tell us to send the film to Kodak to have it assessed -- but this was just too much of a coincidence to question it.
I might not be totally converted to believing in orbs, since there is very little I do believe in, but this evidence was powerful to me. -oo-

Hey it sounds like the photo you took is pretty straight forward. I have seen a lot of photos like you describe and believe that you may have caught just what you thought you did!
