The Old Bermuda Inn New York, Staten Island, United States
This period restaurant is located in house that dates back to 1814. Allegedly, the house is haunted by a young female apparition. It is said that woman is occasionally seen walking through the dining air and ascending the main staircase. Diners have reported getting a momentary chill or feeling a hand stroking their arm or hair.

Why yes, exactly being a sociology major, I know of several. First off there is Old Fort Niagara Youngstown, New York The French built Old Fort Niagara Castle in 1726. Ghostly apparitions paint the halls and rooms. Reports of candles that are light by unseen hands, ghostly shapes without faces, and even a few German shepherd ghosts. That is just a few haunting that happen there.
2. Pigman Road Angola, New York The road is exactly called Holland Rd. but the road was nicknamed Pigman road for its gruesome history. Its a long stretch of road with two narrow one lane train tunnels, and little lighting, about only two street lights. It is said that a ghost van will follow you and try to run you off the road at night and of course many spirits in the form of orbs haunt the due due to the tragic train crash that happen in there.
and also who can forget the legend of the headless horseman? Tarrytown, New York The woods at Tarrytown are haunting and there is a very high number of missing person cases there.

I'll have to check out Holland rd, in Angola,NY when I head back to my old homestead where I grew up. The Western New York area in know for unexplained. Since Lilly Dale, area is known for its mediums. It is a Portal to the otherside. There are a few place in the country and the Western NY area is one of the largest Portals. Growing up in the area you just knew.

There are a number of locations in New York that is haunted. I also am from western NY, Buffalo, now living in Minnesota.
I had a second job part time working cleaning movie theaters. I worked in the Holiday theaters on Union Rd in Cheektowaga. (Now since gone and a “toys r us” is there last time I was there)
On my first day, I walked into one of the movie theaters and I saw a man running from one end of the wall to the exit area. I thought someone was in there and I hurried to get my boss. He said “ok don’t worry about it.” I was puzzled by his statement. He should have looked into it. I went back there and grabbed my broom and went to check out the area that I saw the man run in to. It was a small hall way with an exit door. No one was there I figured he must have left through the exit door, so I went back to work.
Later that day, I told another lady that I worked with what had happened and once again, I got a casual shrug. The next day I was talking to another co-worker and I complained about the attitude of my supervisor and the other co-worker. “I can’t believe the sup didn’t check it out.” I complained, “He could have been a mugger or some one who wanted to rob the place.” Sue laughed at me. “Well Kathy, that’s because he was a ghost.” She said. She then explained to me that all the workers have seen him, always in that theater. I was shocked. He was solid as any living person, but I do have to say he was very fast running to the door.
I worked there for about a year and have seen him several times since that first sighting. Sometimes he would be sitting in a seat sometimes standing by the exit door. When I would see him in the seat I would go to check the seat and always found it colder then the other seats around.
No one knows who this man was or how long he has been hunting the movie theater. Now that it’s gone, I wonder if Toys R Us has any activity.
