A girl filled with blood?...most girls are filled with blood....
Jus' kiddin', I know you mean the dream is bloody...in what way?...is there any clue as to what may have happened to the girl?...or where it may have occured?
Keep in mind too, sometimes a dream is just a dream.

There is blood all over her, mostly her face...it doesn't feel like a dream...and when I wake up its like shes still in the room with me!!

Any other details?...do you remember any kind of trauma visible, that may be where the blood is coming from?...what time period does her clothing appear to be from?....have you heard of any death of a girl, anywhere near where you live?...was a girl murdered or did one simply die in your home in the past?
Again, it may be a simple recurrent nightmare, and not an attempt at communication...but if some deceased girl is trying to reach you, the answer would have to come from the details of the vision, if she will not directly speak to you.

she looks as if she is from the early 1900's...i know she had a knife in her hand coverered in blood..i dont know of anyone dying, but I will check on that..and in the room it is like we are in a hospital room..

Hmmm...sounds more and more disturbing. So it's possible the girl is uninjured, and the blood is from a grisley activity she has engaged in with the knife...the hospital room could be either a medical or a mental hospital, or perhaps even a school...at least the surroundings are not your home, so the traumatic incident may not have occurred within your house.
Are the nightmares continuing?...have you tried to speak with the girl within the dream, or are you too shocked? (most people would be, and it's hard to control yourself within a dream)
Again, it may be nothing more than transitory fears manifesting as a grisly fantasy while you sleep...don't allow yourself to get too worked up over it.

my skeptic side says......Unfortunately nightmares are dreams our mind creates and makes up. Sometimes, we have nightmares because we saw something scary on tv/in the movie theaters. We even can think about something scary and the mind will run with it. Dreams have been known to tell you of some event that you want to do, scared to do or fear to do. For example, if you are running around naked in your dream it could/usually means that you're running away from something in real life that you're scared to face.
and 2nd, skeptical reason....are you taking anything such as new medication??? when i ask this because the human body reacts differently when you consume medication....im sure you see the commericals on tv....you could suffer from all sort of side effects. One may be nightmares....just keep that in mind.
the GH in me will ask [still being sort of skeptical] IS your house haunted??? there's been stories of a ghost hunting your dreams for warning you or asking for help.
as for me Im assuming it is what is it...."A Nightmare" and not look into too much. if you continue to have odd dreams without any reasoning to it..i would consult your doctor and maybe he can prescrib you something to stop dreaming like this....

hmmmmmm well usually when you have a dream its when the unconscious mind drifts off and will start to recall something that you've done or thought during the day. and it'll make a story up or something that has happened to you in the past like 3 months ago or 5 yrs ago.
whenever you dream again try to think of a happy thought. sort of like the sound of music. when maria starts singing a few of my favorite things. see if that'll work. oh! have you been going to sleep with a headache or cramps or with any kind of pain? maybe that could inflict the dream. or you've been going to sleep at a later time. sometimes the smallest things can give you a nightmare.
also when your getting ready to go to sleep leave some music on but nothing with words just sound like the ocean or classical music. something soothing. that will also help you. hope it works!! carrie

You’re having these nightmares because you and your friends did the bloody Mary thing, being as young as you are; you are very impressionable and have scared yourself silly.
I would suggest that before you go to bed, watch a comedy.

The only thing I have a problem with is the idea that someone should go to a doctor and recieve a medication to supress a dream...it may be my own opinion, but I see nothing healthy about turning to a drug in order to avoid an unpleasent experience.
The real problem is that the dream is recurring...this is troubling, in that it seems that information, from whatever source, is trying to make itself known to the concious mind.
Whatever is trying to be imparted, it could be something quite trivial, only important to the subconcious, but not a real problem...or it could be something more curious, not originating in the mind at all.
Whatever, I think the answer is to confront it, not utilize drugs to avoid it.

To get rid of nightmares get a dream catcher. or if that doesn't work, there might be a message that the dream is trying to get a cross. Once you figure out the message the dream might go away. It might also be something that's bothering you in your life and the your putting it aside and this is your minds way of letting you know the problem still exists
