Sad News about UFOWisconsin:


We have come to a very difficult decision which we have thought seriously about for several months. Effective February 1, 2004, we will no longer be running UFOWisconsin. We are very proud of the success we have had with UFOWisconsin, with hundreds of people submitting their reports to us, thousands of people visiting the site daily, top results in every search engine, and the newspaper/media popularity of the site. However, we have decided to move on to other ventures.

We would like to take this time to thank the following people:


Jim Aho, for giving us the initial 72 files to launch this website, and for his support throughout the years,

Bill Burt, for designing many of our graphics,

Kevin Sturgis, for taking photographs at some of our events,

Krista Soloski, for her constant support,

Every individual who has submitted a UFO report to us,

Every individual who has attended one of our meetings or get togethers,

And countless others, too many to name, who have visited the site or helped out in ways too numerous to mention.

In the event that someone would be interested in continuing on with the website please contact me. I can get the actual monthly stats if anyone is interested, but suffice it to say we get several thousand unique visitors a day, utilizing approximately 5-6 gigs of bandwidth per month. The domain fees are paid until August for ufowisconsin.com, ufowisconsin.net, and ufowisconsin.org. The hosting we use is fairly inexpensive, and if you kept the same hosting company it would not be necessary to edit any of the forms on the site. There are currently over 1200 pages on UFOWisconsin, with categories such as UFO Reports (by date and by county), UFO News, UFO hangouts & groups, UFO education, UFO library, Photo & Video Gallery, SkyWatch, a new discussion forum, and many other categories. If you know anything about html, the site code was hand written by me using current html 4.0 codes and it does validate. Hi,

Yes we will still be attending UFO Daze & other ufo events/conferences throughout the state. Our personal research will continue even though we won't be running the site anymore.

Yes I am very sad they are leaving I wrote a lot on that sight.Because I always watch the sky at night and have seen some pretty interesting stuff.Now they need someone to take oer that great sight so we don't loose all that good information.Chad do you remember in Euclare Wisconsin a few years ago.I went to see your show? I thought it to be very interesting and not funny at all.People don't understand that there are unanswererd questions out there and in this world.What about the backwards hill and dreams that come true ect...? I am not nuts... I have had dreams that came true..The earthquake in California that happened a few years ago I had dreamed it (2 weeks !!)before it happened!and saw everything as it happened before it got on on t.v. on the news. Also my husband had a wierd dream that came true. All my life I've had things that happened ..I can always tell when something is about to happen ..Someday I will tell you....And I know when earthquakes are going to happen it is a wierd feeling..I think we live in a before life not an after life.We get a taste and then are life keeps going forward..to where God wants us as he needs us.No-one actually dies and life itself will strive no-matter what happens in this world.It is kind of like the movie (The Letter!) LIke a rolling ball that does not stop.well.... any way I say ...To the star on the left and right on to threw to the beyond!Sort of what Captain James Kirk said on the last star track movie.

We see, hear, and feel things that are a surprise from God and try to pretend it never happened untill some else says they saw or felt the same thing. unless of course you were on drugs or drunk... Then it probably was your imagination and you should be in jail!! Don't take drugs!!!! know and tell the truth!! Things do happen and you are not crazy either!!]

Good news! UFOWisconsin will live on!

Effective today, the website has officially been sold to Mr. Noah Voss, owner of www.getghostgear.com. Noah has always had a fascination with the paranormal and has had personal UFO sightings. His expertise in websites and the paranormal will be a great addition to UFOWisconsin. We feel confident that the site will continue to grow & develop with Noah behind it.

We would like to thank everyone who sent us emails after our initial announcement. We had not realized how much people truly loved this website. The offers to help, the condolences, the ideas to keep the site going, the offers to take over the site, were overwhelming. We would like to share this email with you, which pretty much summed up everyone's feelings very well:


This is not a U.F.O. report just a note to tell everyone at U.F.O. Wisconsin that I will miss your site. Not only was it interesting..It was good reading and comes very close to reality...even if some of the sightings that were sent sounded so...so... your site opened up thoughts and feelings and inspired all of your readers to see and tell with integrity and with honesty of the heart. It takes a lot to talk about things we don't know about or understand...I believe that we are not alone in this universe and we will someday in our future find this to be true. I say to all.... don't be afraid to challenge the unknown and go beyond your belief to seek new worlds just like those who died on the Challenger a few flights ago..In the words of the great Captain Kirk and his ship the Enterprise....First star to the right and straight on until dawn.
