i somewhat know things about people

I know this sounds kinda weird but i know things about people. i can see a picture of them and i can read them. lik they are nice but can be really mean, straight forward, they had a ruff past but would rather not talk about it.
i can also suggest things to other people through my mind. like i would ask my parents where are we going? and they say i dont know. and they ask me where i want to go and i say i dont know but im really thinking THE MALL THE MALL!! and all of a sudden they say the mall. or i want to go up into the mountains. but its not only my parents. but everyone i know. if i think about a friend who i haven't talked to in a while or something a minute later he/she calls or texts me.
also, i went to an event with my brother and his friends. my brother said that we were going to met them there (we went to see Monster Jam live) and for some reason i knew he would be a red head, tall, red neckish, aand his name would be caleb. but it was you know foggy. lik i knew all that but when i saw him it all clicked into place.

can anyone tell me how to enhance this ability? or what this is called?
i just recently noticed this ability. i kew something was off for quite a while but i didn't know until i tested it on my friend.

It's a form of Second sight you are literally mind reading its also a form of telepathy. Meditation might help focus on somthing specific something that makes you thing of your gift and imagine making it bigger. It works.

ok sorry this isn't about is a question about myself now u gave her a great answer so i would kind of like your help. ok heres what i would like to know. i will give a little history so u can kind of understand my life history a little, i was adopted, my "dad" died wen i was 5 from cancer, then my aunt died maybe 4 years later then grandpas started to die from cancer. well i had a dream wen i was little that i was walking towards my dads room in the hospital and he was in a hospital gown and pulling his iv thing and i was running and calling his name and he didn't respond he just kept walking into his room, then a week later we went to go visit him in the hospital a day b4 good friday in 97, and we said our good byes and see you tomorrow and we love you and wen i left i had this over wellming feeling that it would be the last time i saw him alive, then that night i had a dream that i was sitting on my uncles lap and all these people were saying words a 5 year old didn't understand and people were crying and hugging and stuff, then the next day i was staying with my aunt and we she got a call and she got us dressed in a hurry and took us to the hospital and he had passed away about 20 mins b4 we got there. then wen i was older i had dreams that bad things would happen to people and if i told my mom or someone about them it wouldn't happen but if i kept them in they would. im just trying to figure out what the hell is going on or if im just a lil crazy or if there is an explanation.

eidolonshade - Thank you for that. I'll try meditating and doing what you said. I still can do it and kind of have gotten a bit better with it.

Stashie23009- I have no idea what it's called but i have somewhat the same thing. i don't exactly have dreams clearly like that, I usually have dreams and then months later i'm like "oh hey! i remember dreaming this!" kind of dreams. But maybe you see the future but if something bad happens. If you see that telling someone helps whatever dream you had not happen i suggest you just post your dreams on here. We don't exactly judge (old posts will say differently but it was stupid drama back when i was young and niieve) but whoever is on here would probably comment on your post leaving positive feedback telling you what it might mean. I also suggest researching dreams. Look up what they can mean or find a book that can help decipher your dreams for you.
