I've noticed that this forum has been pretty inactive, and that makes me a sad panda. Everyone should post their stories here. Let's get this forum going again!
Here's my story:
i had this crazy experience once with a Ouija board. When i was around 12 years old, the lady living next to me passed away. Being the immature 12 year olds that we were, my brother, my friend, and I decided to bust out the Ouija board. We asked it some general questions but we never really got solid activity. We soon started saying the neighbor lady's name and started to ask the board if she was with us. The board slowly, but surely went to 6 letters. It spelt out J-U-S-T-I-N. This is the name of my twin brother. We stopped playing with the ouija board after that. lol

WELL, DON'T BE A SAD PANDA!!!!
Most of the "local boards" do just seem to die out after a while...I don't know, people sort of lose interest, I guess.
But look - you just started posting here, right? Others "come and go" too, so the place doesn't necessarily have to stay "inactive" - I've seen it when there has been a fair amount of activity on here.
ummm....
ok, I'll see if I can remember some great "paranormal experience" that I've had!
(I like your Ouija board experience, by the way...do you and your brother still talk about it ?)

We talk about it every now and then, but not too often. I have another story I would like to tell too, and it's completely true.
It was 2004, and my brother and I were in the eighth grade. We had to make up a creature and press it into a thin piece of copper that was about the size of your standard piece of paper. My creature turned out looking...well fairly weird (im not artistic), but my brother's, on the other hand, turned out looking like a demon. It had horns, muscles, wings, and he also stained it black...this thing was very creepy. We brought the projects home to show mommy and daddy, and long story short, my brother's demon ended up being placed, face down on a shelf in my living room. A few weeks later, it was Christmas, and my mom put decorative letters on the shelf that spelt out S-N-O-W. On the tops of these letters were angels. For reasons that I don't know, my mother put these letters on top of the demon picture. All was normal until the it happened. I was walking into my living room, all by myself, and was the only one awake in my house. I turned my back to the shelf (which is by the t.v.) to sit down on the couch, when I heard a crash and the tinking of metal. The angel letters were on the ground, but not the demon picture. I thought that this was weird because I wasn't moving when it happened and I figured that I didn't cause it. I decided to just ignore it and start watching t.v., so I sat down and just as I lifted the remote, the brass demon started to move by its self. By this time, I was starting to get suspicious. I moved to the demon and it wasn't moving. I put the angels back on it, and it didn't move. I turned my back to it and started jumping up and down to see if the letters would fall...nothing. I paused for a second, and that's when the angels fell down, while I was watching. I ran up to the metal and it was moving by itself. I grabbed it and then it stopped...all was silent. My heart was racing, I decided to put the letters back on the shelf, but the demon on the bench right next to the shelf. Everything was fine again. Soon afterwards, everyone was awake and I was on my way out of my house and headed to school, but that's when a thought hit me. I decided to put the demon back underneath the letters. Nothing happened, and the rest of my day was normal...until I arrived home. Having forgotten all about the incident, I walked into my living room only to find the demon sitting on the bench again. This made me laugh. I went to my mom and dad and asked them what the story was on the demon. They looked at me with shocked expressions and said, "that thing has to go, it knocked the angels off of the shelf while we were watching it." I then proceded to tell them my story, and how I placed the demon back underneath the letters before I left to school. We all agreed it had to be disposed of. That night, my mom tossed it in the trash...and that night...my dog normally laid back and quiet dog, sat by the trash. He wouldn't stop growling at the trash. Apparently, he knew something was up as well.

This place was really active up until the time people started talking about Ouija boards and vampires. I don't mean to offend anybody but that really was about the time a lot of people involved with paranormal groups stopped posting here as much and they all have the best stories. Its all about credibility and anybody that has investigated the paranormal is picky about what they contribute to.
The forum I run has also died down a lot though too, I wonder if ghosts and such head south when it gets cold. We should do some research and see if paranormal activity picks up in Florida this time of year.
