Strange Laughter... hee hee hee...

when i was little, i went downstairs to get a drink of water. while downstairs, i heard a strange cackle, so as any frightened kid would do, i ran back upstairs. it was freakin scary, people. i never figured out what happened.

I kinda know what happened, it was something trying to manifest and being a kid you were more likely than most to hear it than say your parents.
