Go check out Fitzsimmons Road and East Oakwood Road in Oak Creek for me. I have been dying to go there, but haven't made it yet. There is also some glue factory in the area that looks cool.

ghostrider, is the bridge you're talking about the Seven Bridges in Grant Park, or the Lake Park lion bridges?

Didn't you try walking around Jeffrey Dahmer's apartment? I believe that there is some ghosts over there.

Sonia,
Just to let you know that the apartment building where Jeffrey Dahmer lived was torn down many years ago, sometime in the early 1990s. Yes there could still be residual hauntings on site. Just the other day a serial killer by the name of Walter Ellis of Milwaukee, WI was given 7 lifetime sentences for killing over seven women over a 20 plus period of time. Some of those places where the bodies were killed and found could possibly have bad vibes. It seems that a place where violent death occurs is usually haunted.
A graveyard in back of your house...Pretty cool. If you have a tape recorder, can you get in there at night (especially on a full moon) and do recordings? Let us know if you get any EVPS!

To Liserbaby,
There are many haunted places in Milwaukee to check out. Do a web search of haunted sites/places in Milwaukee. Checkout Milwaukee Ghosts blog and website plus strangeusa. Even go over postings on Unexplained Research.
Many cemeteries are haunted including Forest Home Cemetery on the southside of Milwaukee. Several bars are including Shaker's Cigar bar (read my post from 10/25/10 on WI ghosts on this website), the 1850 Bar near the airport, the White Horse Inn on So. k.k., the lighthouse at Lake Park plus the Lion's Bridges there. In the lighthouse itself ($5.00 to tour it), I've heard voices walking up the spiral staircase and have orbs on film. Outside by the ravine area, others and myself have heard children's voices when no kids were in the area. On the far southside is Grant Park's Seven Bridges. The main bridge has a strong vibe; suicides committed there and murders. Being there during the day is TOTALLY different than at night. I've checked out the park several times and have seen balls of blue light, shadow figures, a cross on a grave on one side of the hill (have it on film), heard weird voices, a very heavy feeling on the main bridge and difficulty breathing plus white lights below this main bridge at night. No explanation for it. Centuries ago this was also Indian land.
The Rave is haunted but they won't allow any investigation. Alchemist Theatre and Pabst Theatres have spirits. Old buildings with a history of many businesses tend to also be haunted. The Old German Beer Hall at 1009 N. Old World 3rd Street is haunted...dates back to the late 1880s and once had a brothel upstairs. Besides, you can get a brat, a side dish and beer or soda for $5.00. The old county grounds in Wauwatosa and Potter's Field out there are haunted. Also try the Dousman Stagecoach Inn just north of Brookfield Square. Open every 3rd Sunday, the tour costs $5.00 (2010 prices) and you can take pix inside the place. Interesting if you enjoy history but haunted as well including outside buildings on site.
Hope this helps! Just keep checking websites, YOU TUBE, even library books on Milwaukee. Weird Wi is another place. If you have wheels or access to a car, DO go to Burlington, WI. That entire area/town is haunted! Carol

we've always had luck at the Calvary Cemetery. its about 58th on bluemound rd. its old, huge, and has an old church on top of a hill. we've caught many EVP's there. including voices, footsteps, and banging noises.
Potters field is fun and a great walk. but never caught anything. another fun place is whitenall park waterfalls. supposedly they're is a lady in white. never saw her but its a cool place at night.
