Dartford you can just about forget.....Not Haunted,the only thing you will find there is the local police. Witch Rd however,yeah thats worth checking out,just dont trespass.

Our group checked it out a few times,another group that we will be working with from time to time has checked it out noumorus times by request of the Green Lake PD as a matter of fact the same group gets to do "Gaurd Duty" there on halloween night's ,and another group we are freinds with checked it out and........You guessed it,nothing. You dont get pushed off the Mosoleum and there is no evidence of shadow people or ghost activity in that cemetery. However that dosent mean there was never any, there very well could have been at one time just not now.Green Lake Pd has that area patroled very heavily now due to the TV coverage it got on the program. Witch Rd however is worth checking out! We have heard and seen alot of strange things out there!However do not trespass in the woods or back by the barn. |

I can vouch for Witch Rd. Had some great experiences the. One in particular. Would love to get back there this spring or summer. Had some good experience at Summerwind last summer. I would love to check out JFK prep or all of the places in Careyville.

We investigated JFK Prep back in 2005. We did three nights of formal investigating, and on top of that we were out there every couple weekends for three months helping the owner and afterwards he'd let us do a bit of investigating. That's interesting thanks. I have always thought it was very haunted. Was the show accurate at all? I have heard about witch road but don't know too much about it. I guess maybe from a certian point of veiw,I think those kid's went into that cemetery expecting it to be indeed haunted and it played tricks on their minds.Just my thoughts on that.Witch Rd....there is a story about two witch's that used to live in that area however,that is false.If you look through this section of the forum you will see a thread on witch rd and there is a lot of info in there. Like Harkey said above,he has had some cool experiance's there as well.I have my own idea's to why it may be haunted but its just a therory,and it does not incloud any witch's.Lol!!! |

The episode on Dartford was not very accurate. There is no big gate that you need to go through to get into the cemetery (at least not the part with the mausoleum). The fence surrounding that part of the cemetery is about 3 feet high . The "A Haunting" episode made it look like they had to travel far back into the cemetery to get to the mausoleum and that is just not the case; it's about 75 feet from the road. It was a great episode but not very true to the actually geography there.
