There is a moving star or planet?

There is a star or planet that seems to move going different directions.You have to watch for a few minutes and then you will see it move.I have been watching it almost every night ..It's out tonight.It is to-wards northern sky and it's always the brightest.I keep wondering if it is my eyes? I swear it moves around! It gives me the creeps.My husband Say's when looking at it through binocs, it looks like it has another planet or star behind it.I keep thinking it may be one of "Big Brothers night eye's watching us or the government ear listening probe their using to listen to us? You never know,thats for sure!

Yes! The funny thing about that particular star is it just sort of moves to the right and up and down and goes in circles.I have starred at others and they do not do the same thing.I had someone else look at it and they said it looked like it also has something behind it .I was wondering if that could be NASA's Hubble Telescope?
