Just a question for Chad or Terry.

I have a question on one subject that has always made me wonder and I know that others have had this happen to ...What is your thought on this subject? Have you ever gone somewhere that you have never been before and had that feeling you have been there already...I went once along time to a place I had never been before and it was like I lived there all my life.Is that reincarnation or some other paranormal thing?
