Paulding Lights

I had read on a website that the Paulding Lights had not actually been seen for the past three years. The page did not explain reasoning for this, but I know it mentioned that the lights being seen, were not the haunted lights. I had been up there twice last summer and seen lights, but they were far off, a very long distance away. I was wondering if anyone had anything to add to this. If they have seen the lights or what
Also, when I went, I could not find the sign. I specifically looked for it to show my little sister, because I always thought the ghost on it was kind of cute. Anyway, we couldn't find it. I was wondering if it was taken down or if I could just not find it.
