I would normally be scared of getting caught too, but I had my mom with me and she's 62. I felt a bit more at ease about not getting a ticket with her. If the cops would've come, she would have give them a run for their money. Yeah i think my mom would give them a run for there money as well, and she goes with me also on alot of my little "ghost hunts". It's sad when i am more afraid of cops then the ghosts! lol ;D

I am taking a drive there today. If I see, hear, feel or film anything odd, I will let everyone here know.

I went out there last year. I went near the barn, but nothing unusual happened. I took a picture of the run-down house and an orb appeared. When I zoomed in on it, to my surprise, it looked like a person's face.

I have been out there a few times and in my opinion a lot of the experiences are somewhat inflated. The broken down shack and barn are near the road and easily seen so a lot of people just take friends out there to scare them, there is really nothing else to do out by rosendale. I don't doubt that things may happen there but at this point people go out there expecting to experience something and everything seems like an experience because they want it to be.
If you want a good legend trip head out to glenbeulah cemetery. Its one of the few places i have had undeniable, unexplainable experiences.

A was there on Memorial Day and did not experience anything strange. The running water people hear is caused by a nearby water source. There are houses up and down the road and I could hear people walking in the woods. The animal population is quite high and I did encounter several deer on the road(I did not enter the woods because that would be TRESSPASSING, and that's a NO-NO!) The insect population is high because of the water and the foliage so it's likely that the lights seen at night are fireflies. I have not personally heard of any sightings of lights in the daytime. Also, as I said before, I encountered several deer on the road and they did get extremely close to me when I was standing on the road and animal eyes do appear to glow when any light source shines on them. This is possibly another explanation for the "lights".

All of these experiences are so interesting. I would love to go to Witch Road someday. The only thing is that I don't know anyone who is also interested in the paranormal like I am and I feel like if I were to go alone, I would be too scared.

i truly think that all the experiences with witch road is hit and miss, i'v been there a hand full of times day and night and only had experiences happen once. From other people i have talked to they agree. So if you go there give it a few times and hopefully you'll see or hear something. : )

I've been out there several times and never seen, heard, or felt anything. My mom, HOWEVER, saw a female ghost in a dress or nightgown and I think some other things too (I don't quite remember what she told me now).
