Isn't there a high school in Wisconsin called BIGFOOT? What's that all about?
Have they had a lot of bigfoot sightings there or something?

It's actually the Big Foot (two words) High School in Walworth, Wisconsin.
The name has nothing to do with Bigfoot (one word) the bipedal hairy creature rumored to roam the backwoods of Wisconsin. It is named after the Chief of the Potawatomi tribe, Maunk-Suck, whose name translates as "Big Foot."
Big Foot Beach State Park in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is also named after him, and Geneva Lake even used to be called Big Foot Lake.
