I'm wondering if anyone here has heard anything about the old school house in Pine Grove (Just south of Green Bay). I Have heard a lot of creepy crap that has went about in that area. If you don't kno what i am talking about it is the old brick building out in the middle of a field.

just to get some people interested it has been supposeivly haunted or possessed for quiet some time now. I have a friend that i new really good from high school that went with her one friend there one day after school two years ago. They were looking around and they took a bunch of letters off of the alphabet above the chalk board. They set them on their desk at night they had letters of their initials. What freaked these two out the most was that the following morning when they woke up ... the letters were gone. They searched the entire room and they could not find them. They actaully called me when they were in there and they said it was like they just got up and left it i guess there where desk and everything in there. They also said they felt really wierd the whole time they were tlaking to me like they felt really uncomfortable. ------------then totally opposite of this my father told me this a long time ago. Supposivly he saw something hovering over the top of this school one day on his way home from work. he took county rd R from green bay south and over the school this giant orange ball like thing was just hovering over it. I havet really lpooked into it, but remember him saying somethin about it in the paper or something like he wasnt the only one to see this......any comments or know somethin let me in...thanx

Yes, I have been out to that old schoolhouse out in Pine Grove quite a few times now, and even though I have never experienced anything out there, I have taken quite a few weird pictures inside the building. it is dependently a interesting place to investigate and explore!

Im not sure if the Pine Grove Im speaking of is a town, or a township, but it is located half way between Green Bay and Denmark, just off of Hwy 43. In fact you can see the Schoolhouse from Hwy 43 just standing alone in a open field. Its located on the corner of Pine Grove Rd, and Stagecoach Rd. I know its not much, but I hope this helps.

So how would you explain to a person from Manitowoc how to find this place, Leapin'?
I get flustered with getting lost in Green Bay.... so any simpleness in directions would be great!
Can you walk on the property without security cameras supposidely capturing your image (like Maribel Caves)? I am long and due for a road trip... and this one would be close enough to do during the day when I have my alone time.
Lastly, been to any interesting sites recently (Leapin')? I love looking at your web site!

I guess the easiest way to tell you would be to take county R. this will take you right past Maribel Caves Hotel as you may already know. Continue going north on county R untill you see the Twin Oaks Country Club on your east. Then start looking to your west for Stagecoach Rd, it should be right after you pass the country club. Take Stagecoach Rd untill you come up to Pine Grove Rd. You will see the schoolhouse standing alone on the corner.
Dont worry, There are no cameras or anything watching you. In fact, the only No Tresspassing sign that I found was on the right hand side of the building, and it was so covered with bushes, that we were there for over a half hour before I even saw it! Still, be carefull. The building is unsafe, and there is also poison ivy scatered around. (but Im sure its dead at this time of the year)
I hope the directions are easy enough, and correct. I used MapQuest to find you the easiest way.

Lastly, been to any interesting sites recently (Leapin')? I love looking at your web site! Sadly, I have not. I spent the begining of the year in the hospital for Blood Clots in my lungs, and now Im on blood thinners, and checking in with the doctor 2-3 times a week to check my blood levels So needless to say, I wont be doing much traveling for a while. I posted the whole story about this in a new section of my website called "Leapin's Rants" But when I do get out and go for rides, We normaly go past the old schoolhouse (if i had the money, I would love to buy this place! I think it would make a cool bar or something. Plus, I just like the idea of owning a haunted building!) We have also been out past Maribel Caves Hotel to check out all the work that has been done. A lot of trees around the hotel have been cut down, the metal fence that went around the hotel is gone, and there is now a wooden fence that surounds the entire property!!!! It really looks nice! But anyways, because of my new health issues, I will be concentrating most of my investigations to the haunted places in Green Bay, and the surounding Fox cities. No plans have, or are being made for any long "Ghost Hunting" trips. But as soon as I have something new for the website, I'll be sure to let you know. [glow=green,2,300]~Leapin~[/glow]

*sigh* Leapin -- it is not a good year for you! I, too, would stick local...
I have not been out near Maribel Caves in a while, I did not know all of that was going on... thanks for the info.
And thanks for the directions on how to find Pine Grove school house. I am itching to go, and soon.... I ahve had the blahs this winter. Just waiting for the Spring and Summer, to do more traveling. Seems like all I do are things around the house, with the kids, or at my job. Not a huge amount of time left for much, still sometimes I am at the point of saying "screw it all, today is a day to Celebrate Me not doing one d**ned thing". And no guilt when I do that, either, still it's been a while since I have done that. *hits head* maybe I should do it soon.....
-- thanks again and take care and be good --

And going to IL ..You only have one life as long as your being honest and not doing stuff against the law or cheating ..I think it's ok! I am proud to say I never pull bull#$@^I do it for the darn fun and the interesting aspects of what ever it is that is on the next days agenda. I am like the guy on 60 minuts...I don't throw a dart! I throw myself into the project! YA!!!! ;D...Bungee jumping I will not do!But hang off the side of a cliff for meteorite or for rocks that is cool!Been there done that! *nods* don't give up... I have, or almost did, a few times... a few times I even wonder how I survived accidents or a major health case (like being so severly anemic). I am guessing a few special angels I have above me must have been looking out for me.
I believe in angels, do you? I guess after my last accident, 4 years ago, I really know they exist...

Well I will tell you a lttle of a past from life ..if you call it that! I was taken by my parents German sheppard and had 126 stitches in my neck and it still looks bad if you look real closely..I had a tumor the size of a baseball and they had to take my uterous out...One day my horse puuled my shoulder out and they gave me a pain killer and a pill for swelling.Three days down I had what they called an allergic reaction and almost did not make it to the hospital alive all they said was she is not going to make it..But I did..Funny thing though....They were not sure it was the drug that did that to me..This is why! No-one in my familly has lived over 64...My brother died three years ago of an anyerism and just turened 40...Well !that gives me at least 17 years??I better do what I like now.... because the odds are against me. My mom and dad heart attack and stroke...GONE!My moms mom deiad at 42 we drop like fish off a fishing line!!and Does that make you wonder about the allergy that almost killed me?I can tell you a few other things but I would rather leave them in the past..though I live with the thought everyday!!And that was the scareist time of my life..Oh yes and the bulloney I went through with a certain bunch of people that where doing real criminal things In a nursing home situation...and I got hell...Yes! Thats right!! when I said anything about it!I can't wait to hear what the speaker has to say about this... I almost had my ten years in there untill someone pulled a good one on me ..as I found out from someone later!!I won't take a dead dog there and thats for sure! All I can say is Keep the faith and never change for people who abuse you! Try to do the best you can and never give up!And be carefull around strangers! Now I want to talk about ghosts.. because the way it looks I may be the next one your going to hunt for!MAYBE!

Insurance sucks where ever you go to get it..So, I look at life a day at a time and never give up and I don't give in! A warrior never gives up! and never hides the truth either!I am still going to find out where that place is..My husband says he remembers his brother talking about the place too!I would be interested in looking for both the ghosts and especially the hidden treasure.
