yeah as long as it isnt hurting you however the physological trama can be worse then injurries to the body which heals over time. a wound to the mind may never heal.

wear holy items it may help or ask someone to move in with you. company sooths those fears. or you can try to concer your fears and face it head on

so ladycreeps, what real options do you have?
Are you just going to move into your boyfriend's place?
Is your place - where you had the experience - an apartment or a free standing house? Do you own or are you renting? If you own the house or condo where you had this experience, are you planning to just sell the place?
Even if you are renting...are you going to try to get out of your lease and move out???
It just seems to me like you are putting yourself through a lot of effort simply because you had a "paranormal experience" - see, it doesn't matter if you rent or own the place where this occured...IT'S YOUR PLACE! You are the one who pays the bills on this place - not some other worldly hag who decided to pop in on you in the shower!
When you understand that the place is your place - not the supernatural entities place - you develop a "mindset" that will allow you to reclaim your home.

One thing you have to convince yourself is that this spirit can not physically harm you. There must be a reason she showed herself to you. She may have been showing you how she died or a tramatic part of her life that hasn't been resolved. Try meditating and surrounding yourself with protective light, just imagine yourself surrounded by a warm protective light, and don't be afraid to try to communicate with her. They are just energy, they can not harm you. It might help to have a friend come and spend a few nights with you until you get over the initial shock of what has happened. You can ask her to leave, help guide her to where she needs to be.

i dont think its ever been proven that ghosts can sense what you are feeling.
there could be 2 outcomes if you attempt to ignore.
either it will go away or try even harder to get your attention

good chance its probably not a ghost just a memory reliving itself. kinda like a movie playing. if your house was haunted you would be experiencing stuff happening all the time. theres probably a lot of history connected to your house. i wouldn't worry. if there are paranormal things happening all the time then maybe you could consider your place haunted.

but not all paranormal things happen all the time every minute some time can be days after or repeating every 2 days or something. Spirts can travel maybe it just poped in and left lol

Get a little courage and go back I recommend you to take some E.V.P.s and even a camera to tape it...
