I was there the other night, and the road itself is very thin and erie at night. The woods surround the road just look creepy-which very well could play into imaginations at night. I am not a very emotional person, but in the beginning of the road I felt an overwhelming saddness...my eyes got wet and I felt the urge to cry for no apparent reason - but I didn't try to consider it too much.. Later in the evening - my friend and I met another car of people on the road trying to find soemthing like us. We parked our cars next to eachother near one of the open fields - they thought they could hear a child crying. We turned the cars off to hear but the sounds stopped. Farther down the road-to the next section of woods-I saw a blue light (or orb if you will) just flash on and off. It was far enough away that it was not a lightening bug, but because it was blue-I could not figure out anything else it could have possibly been. As we were sitting there, discussing the events supposedly occuring on this road, something scratch against the other party's car. There was nothing around us-no animal or person-but not markings on their car. We continued to listen and talked a little more, and a loud thump came from the hood of their car (as though someone pounded there fist against it) We took it as a hint to leave...and so we did But it was definatly a fun experience
that kind of scary but cool..lol. In hawaii on the island of oahue there was an old road that got by passed when the freeway was built. The locals called it cane road? use to run along the side of a sugar cane field. Anyways.....there is suppose to be an old woman who hitchhikes. if you stop to pick her up she dissapears? I never saw here but the story made the road kind of spooky...lol.
