The North Milwaukee post made me wonder, how does one go about finding ghost stories? When I was working retail a few came my way, quite unexpectedly. So I have to imagine a lot of people passing through that very store must have had their own story and just didn't think to share them with me.
I'd thought of public notices in coffee shops or the local newspaper, but never tried it.

hmmm maybe they just make an ad in the papers one day saying they would like to hear some ghost stories from people and then they would send some in and ever since then they have just always sent in stories. idk thats what i am guessing.

The book that defined my childhood. Its fully of scary ghost stories - though some stories are graphic and very bizarre, they are aimed towards children.
