Ripley's World of the Unexplained

Back in the seventies, Ripley's Believe It or Not had two museums called "World of the Unexplained". One was located in San Francisco and the other one was in Gatlinburg, TN. I had the prevelige off going in the one in TN. It was neat place and I remember a life size statue of Bigfoot. The museums closed down approx 1978. the one in Gatlinburg was right next to a church and the town was not to happy about it. It is next to impossible to find any pictures or information on the museums. If anybody has any pictures or postcards of them, please let me know.

I managed after long research on the internet found the original pamphlet from the "world of the unexplained" museum, located at Gatlinburg, TN. I remember my mother rose a bit a stink over the nude witch display.
