A co-worker's family farms and has quite a bit of un-tillable land. One section he told me is called Indian Creek. He does not know the story but was told that in the mid 1800 there was a settlement there could not tell if it was settlers or Indian only that disapered without a trace. It is near Onteriao, Rocton, in the south west of WI. I googled it and could not find any info has anyone heard this story or can point me in any direction?

I searched the internet and found some history about Indian creek not much though..Mostly on the indians that settled there and some of how they lived.I looked under Wisconsin Indian Creek History.com. I also see that there is lots of stories/tales of that area..You just have to take time to read all that stuff. Good luck!
