To tell you the truth, that was actually the second time we visited the cemetery! The first time was before Chad & Terry's book came out. We wandered all over Plainfield for hours and couldn't find it. Finally we stopped at a gas station in order to ask directions. The Cashier's face quickly turned from a friendly smile to a frown, but she did give me the directions. it was right across the street and a little ways down the road! I would have never known we were so close! We didn't find the gravesite the first time either! we only spent about 30 minutes in the cemetery because it was getting dark, and everyone wanted to get home.
The second time went, I was armed with the book, and a handful of pictures I printed out off of the internet. Using the pictures, I was able to line up such objects like headstones, roads, and trees in the cemetery, and found Ed's grave in just under ten minutes!

Here is a picture of me at Summerwind. We searched but found nothing supernatural (unless you find giant horseflies supernatural) It may have burned down over 20 years ago, but the aroma of charred timber still lingered in the air! [glow=green,2,300] ~Leapin~[/glow]

Gee, Tracy, I hoped for more of a report on Summerwind... please??
Were there "no trespassing" signs and tapes anywhere, could you see it easily when on the road? Did you bring a digital voice recorder? Any pictures with anything suspicious?
You do have the "Carver Effect" book? I have 3... signed ones... thrilled to death about that!
I want to go there so bad... and I keep on thinking *some day*.
